Refund Policy
If you would like to initiate a replacement, please contact customer support by email: info@nickdepot.com. Please provide as many details as possible, including ORDER #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to ship the package back to us. Any store credit or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed.
At Nick Depot, we understand that sh*t happens, but we’re here to make things right. If you have received a damaged item, the wrong item, or your package is missing, please contact us at info@nickdepot.com for further help. Please read the terms below before sending your email!
Please note: We will not be offering replacements after 30 days of your purchase.
Damaged/Missing Items
If your order is damaged or not working, please send us an image showing the defective or broken product. If your request is approved, we will proceed with compensating you for it.
Wrong Items
If we have sent you the wrong item(s), please email us with a photo attached showing your packing slip and what you received. If your request is approved, you may keep the incorrect item, and we’ll proceed with the necessary steps to compensate you.
Exceptions
We will not offer compensation for any orders where the shipping address or payment information was entered incorrectly. It is your responsibility to verify this information before placing your order. However, if you contact us before the order is shipped, we can make changes for you.
You may not return ingestible items. This includes, but is not limited to, tinctures, edibles, cartridges, and batteries. Any item deemed consumable cannot be replaced.
