Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Days

Our shipping carriers deliver on business days only (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours. Orders placed before 7 PM CST are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 7 PM CST will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Time

Depending on the shipping method selected, delivery times range between 3 to 8 business days. Please note that USPS does not process or deliver packages on weekends.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. If you realize an error in your address and your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at info@nickdepot.com. We are unable to offer refunds for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses once they have been shipped.

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Occasionally, USPS tracking may indicate that a package has been delivered when it has not yet arrived. If this occurs, please wait an additional business day. If your package still hasn't arrived, contact your local USPS office or delivery hub for assistance. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of USPS.
